Integr8te is an NDIS registered community access provider located in Cardiff, New South Wales. We offer services throughout the Newcastle area and assist people with a disability in developing skills and abilities so that they can have integrated roles in the community in which they live.
Accommodation
We offer Individual Living Option ‘ILO’ allowing you to live as independently as possible, as well as Short Term Accommodation, including respite, which is often needed when your usual carers aren’t available.
Community Access
We support you in accessing your community for recreational, educational or vocational services. We can help you develop your practical skills so that you can engage safely and confidently in your community.
Core Supports
Every person living with a disability has different needs and goals. We offer a range of core supports to help you in your everyday life and to help you build your capacity to work towards your longer-term life goals.
We assist agency-managed, plan-managed and self-managed participants.
